To what age category do women of this designation belong? Everyone has a different opinion on this.

A hard-working woman aiming to be properly promoted? A mother of three demanding children? Or the one who's already got a wrinkle on her face?

Yes, I'm also slowly entering a certain period of my forties, when my face no longer has a certain elasticity, my body starts to sag at times and therefore needs more demanding exercises and longer time spent in the gym, and sometimes social events in the form of entertainment pass me by. But is that a reason to retreat into a corner?

This inclusion doesn't always have to spell doom, which defines our advanced stage of life when we look in the mirror, see a sagging belly or a swollen face.

The day we step on the scale and the needle reads more than we expected. Yes, at our age, all we have to do is look at a bar of chocolate or a tempting bag of crisps and we've already put on a few extra pounds.

But age is a state of mind.

Ageing is not just a biological process; it is an art form and who else could demonstrate this but the grand dames of our society?

If you've recently realized that you're no longer in the "young and restless" section of the surveys, congratulations!

You are entering a wonderful new chapter in life where wine is not the only thing that is ripe for perfection.

Why is aging a celebratory, not a somber affair?

1. Liberation from "I don't care anymore"

Let's start with a smile. Remember how wearing white after Labor Day was a faux pas that could seemingly destroy your social standing? Well, now wearing pink polka dots with green stripes is not only acceptable - it's avant-garde! When you're mature, you live in a wonderful state of liberation. You realize that the fashion police won't arrest you and that the real crime is not wearing what you love.

2. Wisdom on the water

Who needs Google when you've accumulated decades of wisdom? As you get older, you find that you've become a walking encyclopedia. At dinner, younger people may be Googling the capital of Kazakhstan, but you're talking about your exciting visit in the 1990s.

You share not only knowledge but also experiences that enrich your narrative.

3. The many discounts

And let's talk about discounts! Movies, public transportation, even airline tickets - as you get older, it's like you've become a VIP member of an exclusive savings club.

Who says getting older doesn't have its perks?

...a few tips for becoming more aware of your perfection...

Embrace your uniqueness!

As we climb the hill, our view widens. We've seen fads come and go, we've survived fashion disasters, and we've made peace with our quirky habits.

Embrace your inner vixen!

Take a page from Martha Stewart's book. At 82, she's still rolling through the business and social scene, proving that age is just a number, especially if that number is one billion dollars.

Laughter never gets old!

Remember that every wrinkle is just proof of a life well lived full of laughter. Surround yourself with joy and you'll find that age won't take the sparkle out of you.

Stay curious!

Just because you're getting older doesn't mean you should stop learning. Take up a new hobby, learn a new language or start a book club. Keep your mind as active as your (possibly creaky) body.

Aging gracefully is not just a myth!

In conclusion, aging is an adventure - think of it as a continuation of your youth, full of potential plot twists and character development.

Grow old with grace, joy, and wisdom. Spread your seasoned wings and soar into this chapter with confidence.

Remember, the best wines are those that age over time, gaining complexity and bouquets of flavors.

You, my dear, are about to show the world that age is not just a number - it's a badge of honor.

So to all the women who are boldly entering their "prime years," I recommend wearing this title like a crown. The world is your oyster and you deserve your pearls!

Are you in this group of striking women? How do you feel at this crucial stage in your life? Do you observe certain benefits?
